The Waymart Wind Farm is planned for construction in 2003. The 63 Megawatt project is located in northeastern Pennsylvania, in Wayne County, in Clinton and Canaan Townships. Electricity generated by the wind turbines will be sold to Exelon Power Generation, and the project will be connected to the transmission lines of PPL Electric Utilities.
